for items such which is based on player's preference (string action, etc) yes I agree its alright to send back. However to send back to have things FIXED (even though it is free) is absurd in my opinion.
you are paying for a service, not for a chance for whoever wannabe tech to learn his craft. Note: No, I have not dealt with GH. |

Dont get your point. For smth that's just a few bucks less than a hundred RM, exchange rates, GST, etc wont affect much.
