P.S not my arm.
Currently, I'm trying to avoid doing flat bench press just in case I tear something.
I suspect this happens because I have a weak lift-off or underdeveloped shoulders.
Anyone experienced this as well?
1) Try using smith machines since you don't have to control / balance the bar.
2) Warm-up a lot
3) Try using wide grip and bend your body, as I call in Malay, melentik like a bohsia, when bench press.
4) Don't lock your arm during bench press ( lift until your arm straight and hold it ).
