Can but i am not sure when are they going to start that event again. As for timing, you should know most of their events are always at their conventional timing which translate to be our most unconventional timing.

we can try be on chat party and click launch at the same time.. i heart pvp more now than pve.. if u want pvp just ajak me.. ill tag along..

usually easier to match together if 6 vs 6 and same time matchmaking.. i think la..

I can log in and play. At first I can't log in as well but after I reset up my network connection at settings then I can log in. That was about an hour ago.

is the exotic gear can be upgrade from xur even though is not fully upgraded?

for example an exotic gear max 30 light, this week can upgrade from xur to 36 light, do i need to fully upgrade it to 30 light first?

how about after upgrade to max 30/36 light, if i want reroll the stat from xur? also need to fully upgraded to 36/36 light?

No you don't have to max your old exotic in order to purchase upgrade from Xur. Just know that when you buy upgrade from Xur, the exotic item you're upgrading will reset... which means you'll need to level it up again (but this time around you can upgrade to 331 dmg max / 36 light max)
