I like my gf to wear more feminine sometimes. Like lower cut blouse to show some cleavage at the right occasion. My gf is happy to do this for me and she does it very often.

However i find something is not right with her bra because her nipple is conspicuous. I can easily see from top/side (im taller than her). Her bra cup have a gap between the chest. I dont know why this happen and this caused few times there are guys tried to follow us/her around trying to peek at her chest.

Then my gf awareness is very low obviously. Always those people have the chance to stand beside her and peek her nipple and she has no idea at all especially at crowded places.

choose diff type of bra.. or get her some "nipple-cover" patch online

i once went to a wedding dinner with colleagues, one of the female colleague was wearing V neck blouse sitting next to me.. and omg..not sure if the hall is cold or what..her nip was kinda hard and protrude and obviously visible from my side angle.. i feel so bad for her. cause need to wear nice nice and it's cold, even i feel cold in the hall with jeans and long shirt.

ya, she is thin with small boobs. her situation is same like what you have seen on your colleague.
