How to stop getting notification, on a topic i no longer read/reply

I replied to a few threads and since then keep getting notifications (xx replies on the top right) whenever someone else replied to the topic.
How to unsubscribe? I didn't purposely track the topic |

they replied to your post, hence you get the notifications
if they posted on the thread without replying to you, you will not get the notifications |

Go to your Control Panel, under Subscriptions choose View Topics
then delete unwanted Topic |
