I applied before the amendment. Previously was 2 CKD duty free and usual 15% flat rate income tax for 5 years...minimum 6yrs working abroad.

But now it's 1 CKD or CBU and same 15% income tax....now minimum 8yrs with degree.

Haha. You under the REP also? Sakit lah the tax...even with 15%. Not used to "donating" to the gomen.

For normal citizen like us, our tax rate is max to 26% per annum.. Under REP, they tax rate is 15% for 5 years.. ☺️
