brother...
guideline must be realistic mah...if not realistic might as well no need? rclxm9.gif

anyway..share with you one stupid experience of a Singaporean project manager....konon nya pm...
he planned to conduct customer training at malaysia during Chinese new year ... bodoh sial.... never even bother to check calendar....

Practically realistic. Unforseen circumstances like raining, late material arrival, ah chong sakit, equipment breakdown, operation / ptw downtime etc. can't possibly be incorporated.
But then again speaking from planner's point of view that's where early start , late start, float, catch up / recovery plan comes to play eh flex.gif

This news article is pretty disgusting. It mentioned something like the Porsche he was driving lost control and hit the highway slope.

The porsche roll over 10 rounds then dismembered. Victim's brain was splashed on incoming car windscreen.  shocking.gif  shocking.gif

Bad way to die R.I.P

Is that directly from google translate?

I will take Project Engineer to avoid being Jack of All Trades and Master of None. Unless you got 3 to 5 years as project engineer already.

When tough time comes, jack of all trade is useful. Since you're not confined only to what your discipline is. It's like being businessman.
i.e. you're mechanical on rotating equipment. When ppl ask you to do tendering etc you don't know how.
