Begitulah sifat dan lumrah normal seorang manusia. Apabila terlalu selesa dalam comfort zone dan asyik disuap, mereka mudah alpa dan akan menggelabah tetek apabila berhadapan dengan kesukaran. Dewasa ini manusia segar yang keluar dari ladang penternakan University kurang terdedah dengan kebijaksanaan lorong (street smart). Itulah pentingnya ilmu bersosial dan proaktif dalam mencari ilmu yang tidak ada di University tapi tedapat di kelompok manusia otai yang tersembunyi dari bayangan norma masyarakat. Begitulah pendapat saya yang kurang cerdik dan mentah ini.

Does anyone have any idea why OnG companies are so reluctant to take interns these days... Sent my resume to 50 over companies and followed up on them faithfully but all in vain until now.I have less than a month to start interning as per university requirement.I would be extremely grateful if anyone could offer help

Kalau abang mengikuti perkembangan semasa harga minyak ketika ini ditambah lagi dengan cost control yang diperlakukan oleh major O&G client - ini akan memperlihatkan kesan kepada pengurangan OPEX dan CAPEX secara konservatif dan seterusnya mempengaruhi bajet perbelanjaan kepada sumber manusia.

Bukanlah bermaksud tiada langsung mengambil pelatih baru tetapi placement hanya dalam jumlah yang terhad dan kecil sahaja. Saya menasihatkan pencarian abang agar mengecilkan scope yang terjurus ke arah small O&G vendor dan subcon di luar sana. Berlambakkkkkk. Boleh cari dalam direktori MOGSEC.

nope.pointer saya 3.1 je.saya memang apply service company yang jarang orang apply supaya lebih peluang untuk saya.eg : white quest,uzma engineering,cekap technical,aramis,IFP, APS, Armada,....and so on
