based on the list, I tried to open the website but its no longer available.

I've been asking this same question on RMA directory, but after more than a week still no answers to that.

So anyone know where can I refer to?

the thing is the item I'm trying to RMA is second hand unit and already lost its receipt, and iinm most of the memory are lifetime warranty so thats why i'm trying to find out where can I head to or where I can
