These days, games are so so complex and time consuming to complete.

Do you really finish the games? Or spend endless hours to finish?

Last game I finished (with cheat codes) was Doom, a long time ago. Ever since, never pick up any game.

I give up trying to learn new controls and strategies.

Yeah i do finish up the games i bought if it's not too difficult.

One game i remember quitting is FFX. I cant defeat the blue haired boss (forgot the name) the 2nd time (or was it 3rd?)

the problem that we are not completing the game is bcos we all tend to buy ahem and ahem is too cheap and we can get many of them at one time if we want. as a result, new games keep rushing in and we will try the new games and abandon the previous games. this makes games pile up while we are hardly to complete even one game. just my 2 cents.

Agree with bidfordun. Also I believe the poll is lacking one option:

Finish the game after a long time (2 months, etc) using a few hours a day.

Lord_Ashe, that option is in the poll .... 2nd option not the same?

Hmm. Maybe I was unclear on how many hours it meant...I thought it meant 10 hours a day etc.

now, i buy ori games only and i will pick the game that i like the most and reli deserves my time.

will deifinitely finish the games i like only especially RPG games !
try find free time play per day lor ! but nowadays feel hard to find time , then play cheat such as unlimited $$ in RPG games !

normally GOD MODE cheat my way up 4 FPS games due 2 limited time 2 play thru the same level over n over again if kena kill by enemy.
