That's technical for you. As of now, indicators from almost every timeframe up to weekly is showing Euro strength and/or pull back from this year's lows.

For fundamentals, traders are buying in anticipation of the Fed announcing a raise in interest rates only in 2016. Those who has been selling are buying back to exit the market if that was to happen. When you have a large amount of sellers, it does not mean that the price will keep going down. Sellers eventually buy back to exit the market and this will raise the Euro.
