Candlestick prices are based on SELL price. Since you sold, you TP is based on your BUY price which is SELL price + Spread. Your TP is to BUY at 1.5199 but the price action only went to 1.5197 SELL price. Unless your spread is less than 0.0002 (0.2 pips) there is no way your TP would have been triggered.

Turn on the BUY price on your MT4 indicator and watch it move with the SELL price. It gives you a much better picture of your spread.

I'm sorry but i think you didn't get my point.

If you're trading for other people, they will be expecting you to make a profit.

Let say you gave an apple to them today, there's a possibility that they will expect you to deliver 2 apples tomorrow. But what if you can only give half of an apple to them or worst none? I will presume they'll start making noise. They will feel cheated. I will not be surprised they'll got to authorities thereafter.

I'm not saying that It's not good to manage others' accounts, but i still promote to manage our own accounts only. Hassle free..

Invest in Fund Manager is the same as any type of investment. Risk involved. Your money in mutual fund also managed by a fund manager. Check the fund manager's maxDD, and if the investor cannot tolerate the DD, then good luck to him if he can find a fund manager that have zero DD. Private fund manager is always behave "my way or highway".

How many pips you risk? This question shows that you don't plan your trade. If you plan your trade, you will know exactly when to exit.
