Sorry to thread-jack but I'm facing a dilemma whether to trust this so-called forex trading company : https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3593063sifu-sifu sekalian, do kindly voice out some precious opinions of yours By the way, Is there such thing as handling a sum of money to a Forex broker for him to help me trade? If that's so, how much is the minimum amount of money needed to open an account for Forex brokerage?

QUOTE(andrewcha @ May 29 2015, 11:22 PM) You give people money to trade = you're investor. Investor =/= sure profit. In life, if you're unsure there's only 2 thing you need to do. 1) Search for confirmation and execute it. 2) Stay away from it. Damn right ! I'm just wondering how those youngsters out there able to spend and live lavishly when they're just younger or same age as me

QUOTE(Zanmai0146 @ Jun 10 2015, 07:03 PM) your question is too complicated, can u make it simpler? but i guess u are confuse with margin, leverage, profit & balance. U withdraw $300 it doesn't affect anything, just ur account balance reduce $300. Thats all I think I know what he's trying to express . because when you set up an account you have to fix your preferable leverage mah that means even though you have 1k USD but you can "borrow" money for higher price . so he's trying to say since he's using small amount of capital to multiply profits and losses , will it affect his take home profits ? but I think if you profit 300, and that's that . no extra

old_and_slow , leverage is leverage. I guess it wouldn't affect the calculations for the profits stated. If got extra $400, then can withdraw it without needing to multiply this or that. QUOTE(Zanmai0146 @ Jun 10 2015, 09:48 PM) Not sure what ur broker offer for the leverage, my broker may offer until 1:888 and can change anytime I wan. Profit and balance and initial deposit doesn't related at all. U withdraw then withdraw la, won't affect anything. Even if u withdraw all, the setting still will remain same, unless your broker got T&C in between. What the hell you talking? We were talking about leveraged profits. Didn't mention anything about balance or initial deposit or broker's T&C
