Penipuan SMS Syarikat Jaringan Ikhtiar Sdn Bhd
Bayangkan anda tidak pernah melangan apa apa kandungan. Tiba-tiba dikenakan caj oleh syarikat anak harom ni. Ia merupakan satu penipuan caj sms. Bukan sedikit, RM2.50 pulak tu. Ada pengguna yang dikenakan caj RM3.00. Sudah ramai yang terkena terutamanya pengguna maxis. Ini lebih mengejutkan bagaimana keselamatan sistem telco Maxis sehingga boleh diperlakukan sedemikian. Kredit ditolak. Bila nak unsubcribe, dikatakan tidak pernah melanggan. Ini tidak adil. Saya pun mengambil keputusan untuk tengok apakah pada url berkenaan. Daripada komplen di Maxis, ramai yang dapat sms caj sebegini. Jadi saya telah membuat Aduan Ke SKMM bersama bukti bergambar tentang hal ini. Yang paling saya nak marah, jawapan Maxis yang skema. Bayangkan mereka mengenakan caj RM2.50 kepada 1 juta orang, dalam masa 1 saat mereka sudah ada RM2.5 juta hasil penipuan sms sebegini. Bagaimana mereka boleh dapat MSC Status jika buat kerja terlarang sebegini. Mengenakan caj kepada orang tidak subcribe adalah satu kesalahan. Mereka sedang bermain api. Kalau nak kata sistem mereka kena hack, siapa nak guna perkhidmatan mereka jika tak dapat pertahankan sistem mereka. Mereka menawarkan perkhidmatan mobile billing, tapi bilkan kepada mereka yang tidak subcribe perkhidmatan mereka. Apa yang boleh dikatakan kepada syarikat ini… Anda sedang runtuhkan syarikat anda dengan membuat satu tindakan tidak beretika. Semoga syarikat anda terkubur tidak lama lagi. Kepada mereka yang terkena sama, buat aduan. Jangan biarkan sahaja. Nilai RM2.50 bagi seorang adalah kecil. Maxis suspends content provider after complaints Maxis has suspended Jaring Ikthiar’s account after receiving complaints from users that they were charged for content they never subscribed to. A reader contacted Bytz after receiving an SMS that he has been charged by Jaringan Ikhtiar. The message read,“Thank you, you have been charged RM2.50 from Jaringan Ikhtiar Sdn Bhd http://k.dapatbest.com/9kpd82.” A quick check on Maxis’ forum showed that there were numerous complaints from others with similar issues. Jaringan Ikhtiar’s website claims it specialises in mobile system integration, mobile application development and multimedia content creation and provisioning for VAS (value-added service). After Bytz contacted Maxis, it released a statement that it has started an investigation on Jaringan Ikhtiar’s service. “On our part, we have checked Jaringan Ikhtiar’s subscription user journey and found that there is a request for customer confirmation,” it said. External Content Providers (ECP) will have to request for confirmation from customers on their purchase via web/wap. Users will have to click and confirm on their purchase. “Stern action will be taken on any content provider if any non-compliance is detected, one of which is termination of service,” it warned. Customers who receive such messages may call the Maxis customer service at 123 (for post-paid) or 1300820120 (for pre-paid) or e-mail customercare@maxis.com.my to report any abuse. ----- let say 4juta user x RM2.50 = RM10juta easy money for crony company btw just receive this sms and my kredit decrease RM2.50 |

Be careful with sms message stating you've been given free trial of caller ringtone subscription. If you read carefully the sms, after the trial period if you don't unsubscribe they will start to charge you monthly. It also says can unsubscribe by going into *100# but when you try to do that it says you haven't subscribed to any caller ringtone package. I immediately called maxis customer service and the person on the other end were kind enough to help me cancel the subscription. Mine is hotlink.
