Have you claim your deposits back with MBSA? Regarding the roof slab, we will not get any saman from them eh? Just burn the RM500 deposit?

I dont think its for the ceiling. Not for the above question. Normally at the back of terrace house, there is a manhole for sewerage inside the lot. Its on the land...a square mild steel cover. The cover can be open for maintainance purposes.
