However as I've mentioned, I did not proceed with him because he isn't registered under CIDB. So there's no way the council will issue the CCC upon completion of my renovation. |

Yes, you'd need to hack the wall depending on the position of the piping in the wall. The shutoff valve can be positioned below. |
