nice job on ur new house reno
it looks great and awesome
most of ur reno work are quite cheap
can see that u do ur own research and homework in ur reno work
*
In deep, started to do survey 1.5 years ago before renovation start. Just kitchen cabinet contractor alone, already compared about 10 contractors... Finally choose Welco.
Other such as pro-seduce to apply MBSA permit, where to get the tiles, paints, LED lighting, what brand of security door, ceiling fan, dining table, grill, mosquito net, fridge, washer, basin, kitchen sink, water filter, hoob, gas hob and etc etc.....

wanna fainted oredi rclxub.gif
btw saw u r using rinai hob and hood , i plan to buy a rinnai promotion package that end on this month
do u start using them?
if i not wrong ur hob is RB-2MYG with 5.3kw flame rite?
how does the hob and hood perform? beyond expectation?
*
Me either, that time when sourcing for the renovation stuff, been to almost every fair/expo/homedec.

Yup, using gas hob RB-2MYG with RH-9023A hood, total RM2270, that is the BEST price I can get after surveying.

Currently staying alone, didn't use it for cooking, can't comment how is the performance. Will share more afterward.

Not concern with developer warranty?
*
There is a 18 or 20 months (can't remember which 1) warranty from developer if there is any defects from the house.
Already ask developer to fix all the defects before start renovation.

Yea bro
I previously alias with rinnai southern region person incharge with email
He does gave me all the shop that carries rinnai product
Most of the shop I went through to have their price yet the price still exp than KL . So far I manage to get the cheapest package and I going to take from them before the promotion date run out
*
Ok, since no more discount, bargain with them to get exhaust cap, cos it is not included. Also, need to consider how much the fee for hood installation?

even extend only ground floor also need piling.

Pilling by pilling crane? That will be the most secure method I would say, however, consequences will be during that time all the neighbor house wall will crack due to vibration.

Piling by crane is for high rise building.
For kitchen extention, normal piling only.

If langsung no piling, after a few years, crack will occurs.
*
I saw some of the house they use piling crane.... Must be rich people...
My case you can see from the attached photos from page 1, with 3 beams, dig until 4 feet depth. Not sure is this consider normal piling?

In my area, I also saw the corner house, same row with me, their contractor just extend it from the existing wall... shocking.gif As the house owner seldom go on-site to do inspection.
