I believe some had already called this the wildest and longest bull run ever....
so if one use a 10 year chart NOW....
and roll it back 10 years....
of course....
needless to say most of the star name stocks...
would have performed remarkably well.

now the obvious and logical question to ask is what if we throw in a bear run/market crash in the middle?

would hold a stock for 10 years = a sure win?
would a stock bought at any price (since no wrong price) perform well just because it is said to be fundamentally strong?

KO has done superb.

10 year investment in Coca would be super leng chai. 

now here is another chart of Coca-cola.

but the time frame is different, ie Jan 1997 to March 2007.



and obviously if one had simply bought Coca cola in 1997, at any price,  say 40 bucks, the result would have been terrible, despite holding the stock 10 years.
