COS ........in this game you only make money.....when it increases in value.....
.....and you and I know that a fair value stock carries the risk of becoming LESs valuable...
I rather die die buy stocks which has a chance of becoming MORE valuable....

Bah.. value not only means $$$ or EPS..
of course you need to take account of the EPS growth rate..
Example below ...
A PE 12x company with declining growth is overvalue...
A PE 16x company with good growth rate is undervalue..
A PE 8x company with decent DY% and stagnant growth rate is fairly valued..

My take is on..
Fair value means PE = Dy% + Long term Growth rate %
Under value means PE< Dy% + long Term Growth rate %
Over value means PE> Dy% + long Term Growth rate %
