If I'm the controlling shareholder, I'd definitely choose bonus issue.

share split - par value reduced
bonus issue - par value remains the same

But yes, either case EPS is diluted.

They seem to be selling a lot of stuff, also there's pending litigation. Might want to check and see what the actual operating profit is.
