U know me...I don't like property developer stocks

but the financials for these 2 stocks look decent

okay.... later i go study on my bloomberg...

but i also don't like property counter...........

PJDEV also got electric cable and construction material businesses, and also some hotels/resorts

UOADEV got some recurring incomes too, but main business is still property development

I would look into the companies you mentioned.

What do you think of construction stocks? I have mitra but I am also interested in Gamuda.

FYI, Mitra has secured many large projects these few months. As for Gamuda, the roll out of MRT line 2 and the news flow on the Penang Trans port Masterplan may be key catalysts

heard that Ong wanna take it private but at a grossly undervalued price, and ppl wanna remove him as chairman bcos of this

but their core business is still construction, which is why i don't like their cash flows...
