it depends.... some subscribed for 10 million shares, end up get 1 million. some might not get, etc. demand and supply thingy.

the banker keep saying, they just receive from issue house by today.
and l keep argue with him to say, all the banker receive it long time ago,
until l put the "lost the file", then he only keep quiet, and say will bring this case to management
