I was thinking, because of the "delay" all PBB applicant failed.

so I was wrong. Not 2nd balloting too. it's PBB problem

the banker keep saying, they just receive from issue house by today.
and l keep argue with him to say, all the banker receive it long time ago,
until l put the "lost the file", then he only keep quiet, and say will bring this case to management
