it depends.... some subscribed for 10 million shares, end up get 1 million. some might not get, etc. demand and supply thingy.

yeah, imagine if there's 50 ppl wanting 10 million shares each, if the pp issue is only 200 million, how? you gotta strike a balance.

it can be, but it depends too, as above.

just be rich enough, walk in to those premier banking and tell them about your intention, if you got lobang, then a lot easier.

i used to have friends working in ecm, they all left ad.
i used to get some placements too, apply 100k get 100k.
