this is what we call pelan setara... certain council have this pelan setara.. but still need to get architect or registered draftman to endorse the plan.
since owner did not apply for CCC or even have a approve renovation plan , he or she may be summited to a penalty....need to check as well the requirements during submission. If they request a CCC cert copy or the original sales and purchased documents showing the original layout then my have some problems during submission. worst case... you need to redraw back the kitchen extension including with the new additional yard upgrading works. resubmit as new works and pay penalty as well and submit as pelan kelulusan ubahsuai rumah... then once complete.. can apply for C.C.C.....
