pelan setara is meant for terrace house only. Its a standard plan you must follow ..if your renovation is not within their standard design or you have for example R.c Flat roof design...the pelan setara cant be used..... there is one RC flat roof pelan setara can be use but that is only for small area only 900mm length (back wall to boundary line only) only...refer pelan setara MPKj/PS 4C......You mush engaged architect or licensed/registered draftsman to do and submit if want to make proper RC flat roof design.
But make sure your house is still in the original house design or previous renovation works have done with proper Building Plan approval and CCC approval.
Pelan setara is without CCC ya... owner go there buy the type of plan..fill out forms and submit.

Types of proposed extensions:
1. MPKj/PS 1 - front roof extension. (shared roof type)
2. MPKj/PS 2A - Rear extension for single-storey terrace house.
3. MPKj/PS 2B - Rear extension for double-storey terrace house.
4. MPKj/PS 2C - Rear extension with grille for terrace house.
5. MPKj/PS 3 - Masonry fence construction.
6. MPKj/PS 4A - Partial rear extension for terrace house (Type A).
7. MPKj/PS 4B - Partial rear extension for terrace house (Type B).
8. MPKj/PS 4C - RC flat roof (900mm x 2500mm)
