its in the player interactions. you cant really control it tho. sometimes u have an option to suggest player A to learn from player B then later on it happens itself. i tried it with agbonlahor and milan baros. in the beginning it was ok then after that both were unhappy coz they have "different personalities". dont ask me, i dont know what that means either.

I think only players with similar styles can tutor another. Personality means what kind of person he is. The game stores basic information like whether the player is determined, unsporting, etc. it just means that the 2 players don't get along with each other if they are put together for a long time. |

agh, when FM2007 comes out, who should I manage o_o my old time fave, Boro or Man Utd.. but I don't want SAF to suddenly don't have a job makes the game knda not fun So Gareth Southgates, it is! |
