Hi,

Firstly, thanks for taking the time to email us and providing us with a
.dmp file. To help us attempt to discover the exact nature of your
problem it would be helpful and appreciated if you could also do the
following:
1 - Is this something that happens everytime you save a game or was it
just this one occasion?
2 - Also, can you remember if anything happened whilst the game was
saving (ie did you have any other programs running? Or did anything
strange happen on your PC whilst saving or just before saving?)

Further, if possible could you also:

3. Provide a reproducible save game
- If you have a save game where when trying to save, the crash
reproduces, we would ask that if possible, you upload it to our public
FTP server.
- Details of how to upload games can be found here:

- When replying to this email if you could give the name of the file
uploaded it would help us a great deal.


4. Inform us of steps to reproduce the crash.
- If you can remember what you did leading upto saving the game and
before the game crashed then it would be really helpful if you could
provide us with the steps.
- This will allow us to try to reproduce the crash with your save game.
