PLEASE READ before you deal with him.

I am not sure how people define "Reputable and responsible". But I am definitely not getting that type of services.

16th Sep , I texted him to schedule a time for my screen repair. At 1st he said 10am at KL sentral. Then he changed to 9am cause he mentioned that early time is better. I am fine. Hence we scheduled to meet at 9am NU Sentral.

17th Sep , I arrived at 9am sharp. So I gave him a call , he said he is OTW.
Fine. I waited another 30 mins. Then I text him again. He said ETA 1030am.

If you are a so called reputable person, will you make your customer wait for 1 hour 30 mins in an unopened mall ? Are you expecting me to wait for 1 hour 30 mins ?
You reschedule the time and I bare the everything.

So if the forumer said you are a responsible person. How do you act responsibly on my situation ?
