Bro, my redmi note 2 bought sometime in 2015 has kaput completely. Cant even charge or ON. Could it be the battery or motherboard? Cant even charge it. Wont charge.

Ok that's what I thought too. Luckily I have an old phone that I managed to keep it and serving me now even though it is now 8 years old. Problem is it is too old even for installing waze and is based on android kitkat and is not compatible with most apps in play store today. Even grab not compatible. Very low ram for today's usage. Cant even surf internet without getting frozen and the page hang. Only using it for calls, sms and whatsapp only. Serves the purpose though.
