bro, I have a problem with my redmi note 2. since last week, it would be on hang mode sometimes when I am using the internet/whatsapp. tried taking off the battery and put it back again before switching it back on. this happens whenever the phone feels a bit panas. usually to make the phone work again, i had to wait 10-15 minutes for it to cool down before putting back the battery again and switching it back on inorder for the phone to operate. is the problem caused by the battery? or motherboard? or other factors? thanks.

p/s - I bought it in September 2014, and the problem only started to occur last week.
