this developer delay hand over, it's ok if they pay the LAD, but they are not paying. Finished quality is worse than low cost apt, developer stubborn and ignorant (lansi) simply increase maintenance from from 0.18 (which stated in sale broucher) to 0.30 cent psf when VPed. If the management office is provide good maintain we can still close 1 eye, the thing is management office also their own company, which keep the lowest cost , most of the lift break down and nobody care, swimming pool dirty, facilities even the most simple light at car park don't turn on most of the time, you name it the worst I ever see
