QUOTE(mayhammer @ May 29 2015, 06:54 PM) The latest bundle is soo tempting. When first launched it is based on seconds but now based on minutesWould like to know the call block. Is it a 60 sec call block for local bundle? or is it first minute call block, then the rest in seconds? Quote from:- "Setting itself apart from its competitors by charging both domestic and international calls per second after the first minute,..." SOS |

QUOTE(JJKTP @ May 31 2015, 09:28 AM) SoB seller (with big Altel signboard) at Giant Taman Equine sell it @ RM8.50, no price tag on the simpack, of course, SOP for SoB seller these days. WTF, clearly way above actual price set by Friendi and surely does not bode well for Friendi. Can report at Friendi Website because RRP is RM5.30 unless it is vvvip number. Friendi will call the dealer about the case. If still no change can report to SKMM.Any way to report this to Friendi? |

QUOTE(JJKTP @ May 31 2015, 11:44 AM) For this package, what happen after all internet data quota has been used up? Still got free internet (at slow speed, 64kbps) like Umobile? Pay Per Use 7sen per MBNew Telco need to give time before they give free internet to users. Just see Celcom. Now only they implement free internet after quota finish. Tunetalk and Altel also under Celcom still use Pay Per Use after finish quota |

QUOTE(JJKTP @ May 31 2015, 12:27 PM) Is there any way for user to avoid the Pay Per Use by doing something like setting it so the internet will stop completely once the quota finished? Can. If you android can set your mobile data limit in the settings. For me, i can still tolerate the Pay Per Use (for now) but i need a way to make sure the internet will stop the moment the quota finished. If you use iOS need to micro manage your data like disable background refresh, disable auto download in whatsapp. If quota almost finish friendi will send sms reminder. |

Please be aware that in order to get free rm5 from accumulated rm20, the reloads must be done within the same month.
Reload rm10 this month and reload rm10 next month wont get free rm5. Reload rm10 this month, reload rm20 same month get free rm5. Reload again on the same month rm10 will get another free rm5 because accumulate rm40 the same month. Friendi website did not clearly states this in their t&c Also max free airtime get is rm25. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

QUOTE(half_lif3 @ Jun 4 2015, 08:29 AM) jz read the terms and conditions for friend airbag. I suggest you use the new local bundle. If i subscribe a data package RM18 500mb. Then i can enjoy the free 1000 min call and 1000 sms? That would be really good package for my parents ------------ Upon reaching monthly local usage of RM24.99 and subscribe to any IDD or data bundle priced at least RM 10.00 ------------ The Friendi Airbag works like this You subscribe to RM18 internet, the counter starts from that day. Then u use until rm24.99 only after the 15th day. So the free 1000min and 1000sms only last for the next 15 days. |

QUOTE(batman1172 @ Jun 5 2015, 07:12 PM) What does it mean by 1 call = 60 day validity ? As long as u make a call = Deduct 18sen then your validity will be extended to 60 days or send 1 smsMy usage is very little. I just need a line active. Usage is probably about RM20 a year only. The PPU internet at 7sen is good for me as only use whatsapp. |

QUOTE(guatchoon88 @ Jun 9 2015, 04:46 PM) now, friendi grace period is how many days? topup/calls/sms/data active period has changed to 60 days.. 4.5INACTIVE ACCOUNT. If you do not use your Airtime or Reload the Airtime under Your account for a continuous period of sixty (60) days from Activation, or within sixty (60) days after your last usage (whichever is longer), Your Account will automatically be rendered “inactive” for thirty (30) days immediately upon the expiry of sixty (60) days from Activation, or upon the expiry of sixty (60) days after last usage. An inactive account is however not a “terminated account” since an account is not terminated until and unless in accordance with Clause 4.8 below. During this period, you will still be able to receive calls and SMS on Your account. 4.6REACTIVATING WHEN ACCOUNT IS INACTIVE. When Your Account is inactive by reason stated in Clause 4.5 above, you may reactivate Your Account by Reloading the Airtime at any time during the thirty (30) days period when Your Account is inactive. 4.7SUSPENDED ACCOUNT. If you fail to Reload during the period when Your Account is inactive, Your Account will be suspended for thirty (30) days. During this period, you will not be able to receive any calls or SMS in Your Account. If you do not reactive Your account during this period, it will be automatically terminated. 4.8TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT. If you fail to Reload during the period when Your Account is suspended, Your Account will automatically be terminated upon expiry of the thirty (30) days period of Your Suspended Account. |
