In my previous thread (which is already closed), Im asking a suggestion about gaming monitor. But now, I already picked these 2 monitors to be in my list. So know, I need other people experience about these monitors or reviews or research or what else and suggest me which one to buy. That u2415 is 1200p while u2515h is 1440p. Im using gtx 980 right. So which one is worth to buy?

As mentioned in your previous post, depends on your need.
First, check the price. If the price differs by only a little, get the U2415.
Next, if you feel the price difference is significant enough, ask yourself if you need those extra features (more usb port, USB 3.0 port, HDMI port etc).
If you can afford it, U2415 seems to be the better choice though

of course u2515h more pixels => more working space
well you could always down size to 1200p when gaming for more fps.
1080 1200p on 25" aint that bad

Well it depends on your preference
I prefer not to go past 1080p for gaming, as large monitors do not fit my workspace

Since you have a GTX 980, a large resolution will benefit you much better
As you can go up to 27" monitor no problem

The idea is to have the largest resolution in case you need them, so in future you do not have to buy a new monitor if you ever need them

You can always down size to lower than that, as sifu telefon digi above mentioned

Neither to be honest. While the U2515 is a good monitor, I personally think that 1440p at 25" is a touch too cramped. Sure you get sharper text due to the tighter pixel pitch, but 27" is where I think 1440p is the sweetspot should be.

It's actually not a significant difference going from a 1080p/1200p 24" monitor to a 1440p 25". In this case, yes size matters.

I think the U2715H is a better option for you, eventhough it isn't a perfect 27", 1440p monitor. But I'm sure you'll be happy with it.

Agreed. 25 inch monitor with 2560x1440 resolution makes it too cramp especially text.
But I really like what they did with the 25 inch monitor with lots of I/O and can be daisy chained unlike the U2713HM.

i disagree, at first its quite jarring but sooner or later youll get used to the pixel pitch and wont find it an issue anymore

only big issue with these new Dell monitors are their OSD controls, which is quite a pain when it doesnt work properly

OSD or known as On Screen Display, which is what people use to control monitor settings

the capacitive touch screen one isnt the most responsive one

I love the OSD on Dell U2414H, one of the better ones around.

If the newer models are on the same OSD then it'll be fine.

Why you like the OSD? Any particular reason?

Straight forward, responds to my touch on the capacitive button nicely.

The interface is not sluggish, some monitors the OSD will have lag time between your tap and response. Furthermore Dell monitors don't use buttons which is a good thing.

However I've used Dell's 32" 4K monitor before, that one the OSD to what I remember is not as nice an experience as my U2414H.
