Garden as part of build up??? Who does this?

Unit 1350sq but can park 3 cars? Is this a car house or human house?

1350sqft is just like the 18x65 in old days.

Garden is not part of Builtup and car parks are not accessory parcels in this case.

The first phase seems bigger and cheaper, so bcum fancy also priced in... Maybe earlier phase more acceptable by public like me?

Lulu punya english cottage ceiling height like 6' only.

In malaysia ppl started to accept studio, sovo as residential, willing to spent million into condo than buy landed n stata landed becoming popular.

Fact is evolution of dwelling is constantly changing. Perhaps you didnt realise it.

Still waiting for the brochure. Looking to see how's the floor plan and the actual side and front view of hazelton.

Got to say the design is something special, but not sure if it's really worth it or not.
