Purchasers should really read the brochure properly. Some developer are honest with the material. While some jokers just write 'brick wall', lol

As if EH is giving red bricks to their purchaser. 500-600k expecting red bricks?? Tell which which developer does that, I will definitely buy

No developer will print terang terang red clay brick in any brochure or spa contract.

Asking for trouble meh when things are not required by law to state that precisely.

Yes for the bigger size unit. For the same size 30x60 garden home in eco ardence they are selling as high as 1.5m for intermediate unit. Of course for the price u paid u're getting the "better" red clay bricks.

Sand lime bricks (also known as calcium silcate bricks) are made by mixing sand, fly ash and lime.

https://gharpedia.com/aac-blocks-vs-red-bricks/

It is made from the mixture of fly ash, cement, lime, gypsum and an aeration agent.

almost similar in compound.

But below might be a more accurate description for sand brick.

http://www.carmeuse-construction.com/your-...and-lime-bricks

Sand-lime brick is a precast building material that simultaneously provides structure, thermal insulation and sound insulation.

Yes. Really like the environment. Limited unit of Garden Home. The only thing to make me think twice is the location. It will takes me 45 min to reach working place during morning and evening. The salesperson said there is an approved road to Plaza tol eco majestic to avoid jam at Jalan Semenyih.

Is it silly to buy the home at Semenyih while working at Cheras? My wife is working at Putrajaya.

I am looking for freehold terrace house with at least 22" width actually. Easier parking.
Search many places at Puchong, Seri Kembangan, Serdang, Balakong, Cyberjaya, Bukit Jalil. Most of them either leasehold or very old house. Price is also not cheap.

Need some opinions from experts here sincerely.

If you already bought an unit in Eco Forest, do you have this concern? Thanks!
