20% ef will fork out for you on list price is 0% interest for 5 years. However there is approx 8% savings throughtout the first 5 years of repayment

Went there today to view artisan and garden.

Hope this pic helps.

I'm going for se2 instead. The connecting roads is a big drawback for city working folks although the plan for connection to ew east gate in 2020.

No worries. The good side is the landscape ,surrounded by hills, the artisan dwellers vicinity will have a mosque closer to the garden homes.

I'm not sure the distance, do ask. Security will be quite high traffic because it cater for approximately 500 families. Double boom gate but not double security post, rfid based vehicle entry not your angkat tangan or sticker masuk scenario.

Price really varies thanks to a Chinese boss. House number, direction orientataion, and surrounding vicinity have a price factor.

Maintenance is between 10-12 cents.

Ew is 11- 13 cents

Strata , cannot do major house facade changes. Interior changes is ok.

Thanks for the detail. Yup, l am aware of the strata title. Agreed, l like they using the nature concept. Appreciate the hills view, not many locations provide such scenery. If they do, it will a boom in klang Valley. The maintenance fee still consider reasonable. KL price is between 25 to 30 cents.

i see there are few owners taking this projects. may i know what is the main reason u took this over eco majesitc or ecohill 2?

the area is more or less near to each other right? thinking between this 3 projects now

How many units are there in Eco Majestic within a precint?

Come to think of it Eco Forest has almost 700 units within a precint... isn't that very high density?

For genuine buyer, this place sure a nice place to stay and retire but intern of investment maybe it is a different story
