Lelong unit sold yesterday. Single bidder won unchallenged at reserve price of 328K only. Size 883 sqft. Seems like a good catch. This owner got another unit too under different bank. OCBC. Just next door unit D-24-16. Dropping price towards this price. Can standby for those interested.
