u mean fraud was done via his hijacked paypal acc#? file a complaint via paypal, maybe his password is compromised.

^ if ur fren dont hv paypal, he can still file a complaint with paypal.
first, freeze all activities with the cc company. then report case of "stolen cc info & fund" to paypal, maybe they can help trace & punish the thief! rmb to keep all related supporting documents all the best |
