Anyone has a number for a contractor to come and reconnect my fibre? It snapped and trying to get in touch with the team at Maxis is... just something I can't put in nicely.

5 days is good enough... My fibre cable snapped/got eaten by rats/whatever (white color cable from the box outside the house to the modem) and they set a date which is a month from my report date to come and fix it.

Anyone got any contacts to reconnect the cable?

I was hoping to enjoy my upgraded 100Mbps line during this MCO but I managed to get red LOS light instead.

I didn't realise how long it was going on since I had the 4G dongle. Guess that's a total plus for Maxis for providing a backup method to stay online.
