Hi all, I cannot connect to my offis L2TP VPN thru maxis fibre. Do I need to change the credential to get the public IP first? Just signed up maxis fibre this month. Thanks

Is maxis using new vlan 11? I try to login and saw the profile is Maxis-NGBB and the vlan id is 11. I thought maxis is using vlan 621?

And that also means, it does not rely on TM Infra network. VLAN 621 means you're on TM Infra.  |

I have another question, I tried to see maxis pppoe password on the router, but it is encrypted.
Supposedly the password is A123456 + 1 at the back right? But I tried this and it did not work. I need it to change to my own mikrotik router. I guess last resort is to call maxis? |
