I never regretted changing to maxis fibre since 2018.
thing i like the most is that they provide separate ONU, unlike Unifi that uses combo box.

I am considering jumping back to Maxis after being on TIME for a while

So, my area is under Maxis NGBB

Anyone here on that infra and is on the 300Mbps plan? What is the upload speed? Is it still 50Mbps?

Also, what's the real world speed test speed? Because from what I've seen NGBB is usually overprovisioned and you get more than written.

I couldn't login with these two credentials. What else could it be? Possible if the technician change the password?

NGBB is great, I reckon it's even better than TIME since their infra is newer

Yeah I don't think they will share it. I thought they remotely update all the password from their side so it should be the same?

I'm on NGBB of 300mbps download and 50mbps upload.

If I recall correctly the username administrator and password of S/N of 16 alphanumeric should work for KAON AR2140.
Alternative is to reset the router providing you have the PPPoE username and password.

PPPoE username - account number on your bill starts with A (A12345)
PPPoE password - A123451 (additional numbering 1)

It's pretty much the same, won't be much better or much worst than TM Unifi

How about NGBB vs UNIFI?

Core network is the same, it will go to Maxis eventually

Only different is last mile access network

But Maxis Fibre on NGBB will have slightly lower latency (2-3ms) than Maxis fiber on TM Infra (HSBA) but difference is too small to be relevant to be frank

The service is almost the same. Just that Maxis seems less congested at night if you browse/download from international sites.
