My desktop using TP-link AC1300 wifi adapter but only has one bar, 30% signal from my maxis white color DL4480V1 router. slight move of the router the signal can drop to 20%. my pc less than 3 meters away from the router only. any sifi know what's happening?

Chg 2.4ghz band to 6

That solution doesn't work for subscriber with 100mbps and above.... 2.4ghz has better range but slower than 5ghz and also 2.4ghz will not reach 100mbps not to mention that it's congested

A better solution is to replace their router with one from this guide https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4658096

packet loss and spiking at night when playing dota2, affected time ~ 7pm to 11pm.

i dont think this reason is acceptable for providing subpar services. why there is no such issue with tm/time?

You are welcome to switch to your preferred ISP after your contract ends.
They provide 30/100/500/800 Mbps ... latency is not part of the SLA.

but it's part of the mcmc requirements, therefore you should report to mcmc instead to take further action if CS doesn't want to resolve the issue.... but make sure to use speedtest.net and also ping google.com in cmd to verify that you have high ping

btw My internet speed went to around 15 Mbps a few days ago with no network activity(subscribed to 30 Mbps), wanted to complain but it went back to normal by itself

Dear Expert,
I want to know whats going on with my home wifi.
My problem happen since 3 days ago & the problem still hapening.Problem : during surfing my wifi signal will suddenly missing & come back.Later the router hanging.
Everytime when happend i had to reboot the router.
Last time this problem occur because of tm modem los red light blinking that causes such problem but this time the tm modem los red light are not blinking.I also replaced the lan cable

I'm using 3rd party router & all the while ok but this 3 days makes me headache.

Any solution for me that can solve this issue?
