Found the settings to change DNS already. I have google my DNS and it is showing as per DNS I set inside router.
Any experience whether cloudflare or Google DNS better on Maxis?

Thank you. Manage to set my DNS on the router. I got the Huawei LG8245X6-12 for newly installed 100mbps. Was a bit disappointed though as the practice of capping the profile slightly below subscribed speed is still going on. I asked the technician if he can adjust the profile so I can get 100mbps, no less no more, but he said unable to do so.
And yes, BTU belongs to TM so why does Maxis have the right to ask users to recontract if need to change BTU?

Are you on TM infra? With so many upgrade going on, is Maxis on TM still capped slightly lower even for those upgrade to 300mbps and 500mbps?

Can someone do a speed test using Maxis app? Is it normal for the speed to deviate so far from the subscribed speed? Can't get the actual upload speed on Maxis app but when doing speedtest on web then can achieve 50m.

Mine is opposit... Especially on maxis app upload speed only around 3mb. Btw are you on TM infra? What's your speed like if using speedtest.net

Don't know what went wrong, but maybe can lodge report to Maxis but use screenshot Maxis server from speedtest.net.

Sometimes not so accurate also. My speed test from Manage Wifi shows only 3mbps upload but speed test on the web is ok.

Nothing much, just make sure:
1. Clear your Unifi bill, be prepare to pay 1 month in advance if Tmpoint instruct you to do so. Any balance later TM will refund when your Unifi account is terminated.
2. Use switching method, do not terminate existing account.
3. Unifi switch to Maxis fibre can get 6 months free. Make sure to ask your agent or Maxis centre. Can also pm me if you wish.

The offer you share seems quite different. There is another offer for Unifi that is ongoing:
Switch from other provider and get free free 3 months/6 months bill. For 100mbps rm89 will get free 3 months bill while for 300mbps rm129 will get free 6 months.

Can even get this free 3/6 months at Tmpoint, not necessary from agent.

Using Maxis on TM infra? If yes then it is TM capping the speed lower for other providers. Some people are lucky to get higher, while some only get slightly 90% of subscribed speed.

Definitely can. But Maxis will just counter that you have reach 80% of the subscribed speed. If you rajin feel free to pursue up to MCMC, but I believe the answer would be the same
