I have made a call to Maxis Call Center. Apparently the Maxis 10Mbps (RM119) package is only eligible for new customer ,but not for existing customer .

Maxis is being very unfair to existing customer !!!  mad.gif  Any idea how to make complaint to MCMC ?

You can terminate your current line and apply for it.

Anyone has experience to setup the maxis VoIP on a softphone (eg. Zoiper)? Looking for a way to use softphone as the DECT phone is only for new customer, not for those who upgrade sad.gif

I guess it is TIME. Never seen UniFi with 1ms before. Even with my "special business plan" which provides 100Mbps Download speed and 5Mbps Upload speed. sweat.gif

Haha I thought so as well. Time would be the obvious choice,

Somehow TIME is actually better than UniFi for some reasons like it doesn't require VLAN. You can change to any router you want. Ans also well known for the affordability of their broadband service.

Any Tenda AC15 or AC18 users here?

Would like to hear your reviews and thoughts on these models.

Recently upgraded to the 30mbps plan from the legacy 10mpbs package. Feels like the Thomson router from the old plan can't handle too many concurrent users smoothly enough..

Yeah they're quite competitively priced for their specs.

Considering those 2 (AC15 & AC18) and the D-Link DIR-842.

The DIR-842 is slightly cheaper (~RM 310 vs RM 380 for the Tendas). It has a lower AC speed @ 1200mbps but makes up for it with 2x2 MU-MIMO capability.
