Any compatibility list? Your printer straight can work?
*
You mean 3G dongle compatible list or printer compatible list?
I not too sure about 3G dongle compatible list , but it should works as you just need to fill up details that required in router under mInternet.
For printer , you need to do some setup. You can download PDF file from Maxis website.I copy the URL for you as below.

I mean both... coz I see other router with the same functionality, they have a compatibility list. So I guess not all dongle/printer will be supported.

"Concentrator not reachable" for high rise, not able to connect, currently using mobile internet.

This happened after TM technician came to my condo riser room today, seen some wires/cables on the floor. They came to fix/install someone else internet, not mine internet connection.

May I know what error is this? The DSL light is up though. Is it because they change my port?

The last two times TM technician came to the riser room, my internet is down with DSL light off.

This cannot be going on and on. I can see all other unifi connections have no problem, except mine, using Maxis FTTH.

Any solution to prevent TM technician damaging my internet connection everytime they come to visit the riser room?

I've did a online application for Maxis 10MB, staying in Bandar Utama. guess what the customer service called me yesterday and told me there aren't any available port for my place anymore (apparently TM have no ports for Maxis anymore). doh.gif doh.gif so they can't do the installation for me. But TM people keep calling and asking me to switch over to UniFi blink.gif sad.gif

any advise from your guys?? thank you notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

Any Maxis Home Fibre user here experienced upgrading from the 10Mbps to a higher speed package?

Did mine at KL Sentral about a week ago, and they informed me two days back that it has been registered in the system, but the 'provisioning team' has not updated the system. Got a call from Maxis to inform that the provisioning has been done yesterday, but after multiple restarts of the modem and router (modem power cycle), speed test still shows 10Mbps download speed.

Anyone with similar experience? Is the upgrade just a few clicks on Maxis's end? Do they need to send anyone or their Unifi partner to come and adjust anything on site?

Thanks in advance.

Just finished installation of Maxis Fibre, they finished it in less than 1hour, so very fast n efficient the technicians. thumbup.gif

Just want to ask, the VoIP phone credit or whatever its called, how is the RM30 credit calculated? I know its free to other Maxis fixed lines but what about other like normal Telekom house phones? Grandma is not tech-savvy and she prefers to use the phone so just want to know about the rates Maxis charges.

Any idea how to get a 3rd party router to work with the new ONT, HG8240H? The previous VLAN shit doesn't work anymore.

I dunno what are the rates for local calls, calls to mobile or IDD calls. But I just make calls to wherever and whoever and the amount is deducted from the RM30. Which means that your grandma can make calls just like a normal phone and don't worry about paying the bill, unless she makes a lot of overseas calls ... enough to exceed RM30 credit

Guys ... what's your configuration if you use other router and only use Thomson for VoIP?

TM GPON > Thomson (for VoIP) > connect using LAN > Other router for Wireless

or TM GPON > Other router with login capabilities to Maxis (Wifi) > connect using LAN to > Thomson WAN port for VoIP

I've bought an Asus RT-AC68U

Sorry if this has been previously covered... I've been looking at the maxis thread for the best part of 45 mins but still unable to find out.
