All i need is to contact Illegear (who are awesome as always) and Gigabyte handled things quick. Took about 2/3 weeks and things are sent back to me via courier without any problem. Good job

THe process is, Gigabyte service center will contact you (for me via email) and you will have to package the laptop and they will collect from you via courier. They will courier back to you once they fixed it.
