AmFirst is asset play Reit with NTA RM 1.2249 but selling at only 73sen. Recent AGLC sale can enable AmFirst to pay higher dividend next year.

gforce2 It's 686 million shares, so the estimate is about 1.2 sen(8.4/686) to be distributed next year, aside from the regular half-yearly dividends.
