as now..i cant confirm yet..but tropicana office tower 100% fully occupy.
50% is tropicana corp, 30% is Star Radio Corp and 20% is CIMB Securities which is tenant.
for the mall.need wait few month only can check it out..
CMMT just take over and i saw got some tenant shift to smaller lot,some close down and wait new tenant to fill it.
Carpark rate still the same and what else?

Budget 2016: Promoting the development of REITs

TO further promote the development of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and boost the capital market, as well as investment in real estate, tax incentives have been extended for another three years.

In his Budget speech on Friday, the Prime Minister said investors in REITs will be given the following tax incentives;

Foreign institutional investors, particularly pension funds and collective investment funds receiving profit distribution from REITs listed on Bursa Malaysia are subject to final withholding tax at 10% from Jan 1, 2012 until Dec 31, 2016.

Non-corporate investors including resident and non-resident individuals and other local entities receiving profit distribution from REITs listed on Bursa Malaysia are subject to final withholding tax at 10% from Jan 1, 2012 until Dec 31, 2016.

This is effective Jan 1, 2017 until Dec 31, 2019.

unless got some skill cun cun sell specify price and must key in at 8.59am and 2.29pm which is normal trading time cannot sell match wan

tropicana mall got new tenant is korean restaurant i think..
opposite Starbucks will open new cafe.

my boss told me this year if can dont invest REIT..this year they are struggle

do u have trading account from any broking firm??

oh..find and survey each broking firm..
compare their brokerage package..make sure is direct cds.. not nominees.
i suggest find commission dealer at least they can services u..
or u can pm me for details or u want open with cimb..

actually REIT is a shares, u need to open trading acc to buy REIT shares
either u go to any broking firm branch to fill and sign the trading form (u need bring ur document as well such as IC,bank statements and so on)
if u know any commission dealer or remiser from any broking firm more easier.
