Last few visit tropicana mall, feel shock with so many shop close down. even borders book shop and city chain also same.

Not so sure what capital mall management think, when 3Damansara have low occupancy rate, now they start to charge motor for parking with RM1 per entry, more like chase ppl to other shopping nearby than visit

With Aeon Big will move from 3 Damansara to Jaya One, i think CMMT really in some trouble to attract ppl visit there
